Data processing agreement
This DPA governs the processing of personal data by RapidLaunch on behalf of our clients.
1. Definitions
"Controller", "Processor", "Data Subject", "Personal Data", and "Processing" have the meanings set out in the GDPR.
2. Roles
The client is the Controller. RapidLaunch acts as Processor for hosting, maintenance, and related services.
3. Processor obligations
- Process personal data only on documented instructions from the Controller
- Ensure confidentiality of personnel processing personal data
- Implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures
- Assist the Controller with data subject requests and breach notifications
- Return or delete personal data at the end of the agreement
4. Subprocessors
We use vetted subprocessors for hosting and payment processing. A current list is available on request.
