RapidLaunch provides website design, development, hosting, and related digital services to businesses in Ireland and beyond.
2. Subscription
Our services are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. You may cancel at any time. No refunds for partial months unless required by law.
3. Content
You retain ownership of all content, logos, and materials you provide. We may use stock imagery and licensed assets as part of your site.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend service for violations.
5. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
